After years working in marketing and real estate, I saw firsthand how many homeowners felt overlooked by large, corporate management companies. Communication felt transactional. Care felt inconsistent. And the personal connection was often missing.
I knew there was space for something more intentional.

I started Coastal Living SWFL to create a boutique property management company rooted in relationships, trust, and attention to detail. One where homeowners feel known, heard, and genuinely cared for.
